For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior IT Business Analyst - Finfrag / MIFID II (4251)
In this role you’ll be working in the Derivatives Regulatory Reform team and manage a large portfolio of regulatory business changes for group wide solutions.
Your Qualifications:
- 10+ years working experience as a IT Business Analyst within financial area
- Previous experience with Derivatives Regulatory projects
- Experienced in Finfrag or MIFID II change projects (MiFIR Transaction Reporting, MIFID II post-trade transparency and MIFID II Recordkeeping)
- Understanding of Financial Market Infrastructure Act would be a big plus
- Experience applying business analysis techniques
- The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements
- Knowledge of how to develop robust solutions
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
- Fluent in English (oral/written) - German will be an advantage
About the role:
- Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Support the Business Engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- Assist in quality control and Project Management
- Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
