To strengthen and expand our clients' operational technology department, we are looking for a motivated person as ''MES System Administrator''.Project start date: 15.04.2023
Project duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
Home Office: 50% Home-Office possibility
Your tasks
- Ensuring a reliable operation of the MES system and other OT systems
- Responsible for upgrading and patching the systems
- Administration of users/groups and licenses
- Configuration and maintenance of interfaces
- Coordination of customer requirements and development of a technical solution
- Continuous performance monitoring and improving system performance
- Resolution of incidents in close coordination with IT and end users
- Management of vendor support and ensuring ticket processing
- Create installation documentation for qualification and validation in accordance with the GMP requirements.
- Responsible to build and maintain system documentation
- Supporting production / technology / troubleshooting, problem solving and change management
- Maintain and develop technical knowledge base
Your profile
- Bachelor or equivalent training in the field of automation technology, IT or a similar field
- 3+ years of professional experience with the management and administration of applications in the production environment
- Experience in MES systems e.g. PAS-X from Körber
- Knowledge of hosting, network and cyber security is desirable
- Experience in Computerized System Validation Compliance and data integrity
- Fun at work and innovative thinking
- Very good communication skills and outstanding organizational skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
