Main tasks:
- You will support sustainability reporting by coordinating the collection and validation of key performance indicators for the Corporate Group globally
- You will be in communication with the business units to explain the ESG key figures
- You will actively participate in the further development of the group-wide KPI system
- You will support the development and maintenance of an ESG/Sustainability program for the company.
Main qualifications
- Experience in the field of ESG and Sustainability in an industrial environment
- You have a high degree of personal integrity, value orientation and trustworthiness
- In addition to very good analytical and conceptual skills, you have a high level of assertiveness and implementation skills
- You are characterized by your independent working style and willingness to work in virtual teams
- You work in a structured manner and apply the principles of successful project management
- You convince your environment with a confident appearance, strong communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to interlocutors of different hierarchical levels
- You have profound MS Office skills, especially Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
- You have profound English and German knowledge
