Service Manager Corporate Network & Communications 100% (m/f)
Project:
We are looking for a Service Manager Corporate Network & Communications for a manufacturing company in Zug starting ASAP.
Tasks:
This person is responsible for managing the wide area network as well as applying change management and ongoing maintenance to all parts of the networking infrastructure including LAN, WAN, DMZ, Internet and security of the company's geographically diverse network and site presence.
An in-depth understanding of modern network and communications technologies is an absolute must and includes:
- high availability
- disaster recovery
- multi-site and multi-vendor architecture
- data center design and virtualization
- network and network security and bandwidth design
- Firewalls
- load-balancing and traffic management technology
- unified communications
Requirements:
- degree in computer science/engineering
- several years of experience in the network engineering/communication fields
- Hands-on experience in designing multi-site architecture
- good understanding of software-defined wide area network & network infrastructure
- knowledge of SAP
- Microsoft stacks, (includes: Azure, Office 365)
- Sentinel and Fortinet
- track record with basic ITIL processes
