Senior Electronic Design Engineer - St Gallen, Switzerland - Temp to PermDarwin Recruitment has a new vacancy with one of our clients located in St. Gallen, Switzerland. This is a temporary to permanent job offer.
Our client has a start-up project, and you can join this team to build the product from scratch! More information will follow in the interviews.
The position is for an Electronic Design Engineer to support digital reality projects combining sensors, lidar, lasers, and imaging.
This appeals to you:
- Conception and design of complex analog and digital circuits
- Responsible for overall electronics system design and guide colleagues as well as external partners
- Contribution to all aspects of the electronics development life cycle from design and specification to testing and documentation
- Interfacing with stakeholders from different disciplines (software, optics, production, etc)
- Provide input and recommendations into technical decision making
- Seek and use best practices, methodologies and tools to deliver electronics to the required standards
- Organise maintenance and drive improvement of the associated development environment and process
This is you:
- PhD, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics
- Knowledge of EMC validation and functional safety
- 2+ years of professional experience in embedded systems engineering / sensor technologies
- Experience with digital / analog design, high-speed interfaces and DC/DC converters
- Embedded FW development in C/C++ and experience in Matlab or Python is a plus
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and international team using English
