PMO vacancy requiring profound Strategic Sourcing knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Being responsible for external project resource to support preparation and implementation of strategic sourcing setup of IWMS
- Taking part within the project implementation team and supporting in driving the implementation and organizing the PMO and related tasks
- Defining European location, thereby identifying and considering all relevant aspects with regard to information security, data processing, system availability, regulatory requirements and more
- Aligning with relevant stakeholders, elaborating target operating model for sourcing locations, assessing impact on functions in final scope as well as establishing management framework
- Setting up transition phase plans, establishing detailed planning of workplaces and room plans for the respective new locations, conducting outsourcing assessment, establishing detailed staffing plan and hiring/ramp-down plan of existing work forces
- Organizing and preparing STCs, tracking deliverables and timelines, decision log documentation, cost management, benefit tracking, risk management and other
Your experience/knowledge:
- First-hand experience with managing and running PMO
- Expertise with implementing outsourcing setup in financial services industry in Europe
- Understanding of difficulties with regard to cross-border data transfer, system availability, information security requirements
- Excellent skills in preparing presentations for senior management updates and STCs
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German conversational
