Project Manager/Strategic Sourcing vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for external project resource to support preparation and implementation of strategic sourcing setup of IWMS
- Helping to drive the implementation independently
- Being responsible for the strategic sourcing setup builds upon two possible layers in intra-group setup
- Defining European location along with identifying and considering all relevant aspects regarding information security, data processing, system availability, regulatory requirements and more
- Setting up the transition phase plan, establishing detailed planning of workplaces and room plans for the respective new locations
- Conducting outsourcing assessment, establishing detailed staffing plan and hiring and ramp-down plan of existing work forces
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience with implementing outsourcing setup in financial services industry in Europe
- Profound understanding of difficulties with regard to cross-border data transfer, system availability, information security requirements and more
- Excellent skills in preparing presentations for senior management updates and STCs
- Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken
