Project Leader Finance Transformation vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Being responsible for the business steering capabilities which covers the analysis, simulation and steering of the business to simultaneously optimise the P&L, the balance sheet as well as regulatory ratios
- Ensuring the replacement of the IT and system landscape with a reliable and agile Finance application landscape and therewith building the foundation to enhance efficiency, automation and flexibility to respond to changing business, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Streamlining core finance processes along with strengthening the business sparring partner mind-set within Finance as well as analysing, concluding and deriving actions to support decision making
Your experience/knowledge:
- Work experience in managing multiyear projects within the program with respective CTB Budgets
- Expertise in driving E2E solutions, which involve different applications and domains within the company
- Know-how of the implementation of SaaS solutions along with experience in collaboration with external implementation partners
- Capability to manage different topics in parallel while setting the right priorities
- Expertise in building interfaces whilst connecting with multiple stakeholders
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German conversational
