Business SAP Functional Leader (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Coordinate the Site Functional MAKE Workstream SMEs activities, work items and timely input to the Core Functional Workstream as appropriate / needed
- Actively participate in Sprint information loop sessions (report out)
- Set-up a platform for regular (min. monthly) interaction with the global MFC communities
- Review and resolve workstream site project related issues
- Participates in work stream meetings and workshops as requested
- Liaise with the local Deployment Lead, who is leading the local ASPIRE team, to stay aligned at site level
- Actively participate in the local ASPIRE team meetings led by the Site Deployment Lead and inform the Team members on current activities in the respective workstream
- Local focal point for their respective deploying function/stream locally
- Contribute to site workstream local projects’ plan and activities
- Lead the local fit-gap for their function and be accountable for maximising Template adoption and minimising localisation or developments
- Ultimately responsible (with SMEs) for the quality and sign-off of migrated as fit for purpose and meeting Aspire needs
- Develop business case/user requirements for any localisations
- Use Case definition and preparation of data and systems for prototyping and testing
- Responsible for helping to organise Site Localisation / Site UAT / Site System Readiness / Site Preparation, Training, SOP in their respective workstream
- Consulted on Design & Review Technical Specifications
- Provide functional leadership and content knowledge for data cleansing and data migration
- Participate in data cleansing and data migration, mapping, transformation and defect resolution
- Consulted on User Acceptance Test cases and execution of UATs
- Run Local SMEs network as required for that functional workstream
- Ensure successful implementation; actively contribute to Change Impact Assessments, System Impact Assessments, remediation actions, training etc
- Lead the relevant local SOP assessments and subsequent retire/update
Main qualifications
- Degree in Business administration, Manufacturing or Supply Chain
- Solid experience in Global IT Projects within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (GxP)
- SAP PP/PI experience or equivalent
- Comprehensive function and manufacturing site knowledge
- Strong Leadership experience including people leading and influencing experience
- Fluent in German and English language skills both written & spoken
- Demonstrated delivery focus and execution
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, to quickly establish rapport, and achieve results with and through others at all levels within the organization
- Able to lead without direct authority, superior problem solving skills, strong time and self-management skills, outstanding facilitation and presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to rapidly analyse data and identify issues and risks
- Good knowledge of cultural differences and the impact of this on communication and working styles
- You are willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to build and maintain business relationships
