System Administrator Junior SoMa (IT) vacancy for a globally operating Aargau based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your tasks:
- Providing application management and support, ensuring operational stability and effectiveness of numerous applications
- Assisting the IT solutions by applying specific knowledge of systems and tools as well as problem solving skills
- Implementing and monitoring system performance using defined standards and resolving or escalating problems for resolutions when appropriate
- Managing change requests, improving efficiency, functionality and reliability together with writing installation guide, change requests and tickets, executing informal tests in lab
- Supporting the business and conducting the technical meetings with suppliers
- Participating in the execution and documentation of system testing along with ensuring that the testing activities are executed following the validation and test plan
Your experience/knowledge:
- 1+ year of work experience in MES within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment as First Level Supporter, Trouble-shooter or System Administrator
- Theoretical understanding of business processes in the manufacturing environment, packaging and shop floor area
- Expertise with Track and Trace Systems, MES and automation together with the ability to reproduce issues in applications and find solutions
- Familiarity with troubleshooting in case of issues, Incident management in Trackwise with a focus on accept, process and resolve issues in the Track and Trace applications
- Finished Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or in a similar discipline or comparable education
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German conversational
