IT Service Owner vacancy requiring profound MIFID and FINFRAG knowledge for our Lugano based client in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Ensuring the provisioning of 3rd level support as well as aligning with providers and infrastructure in respect to lifecycle for IT Service
- Improving the service availability, performance, capacity and knowledge management
- Responding to risk related matters such as audits, access rights controls and annual risk assessments
- Consulting stakeholders with regards to sustainability and operation-readiness of the
- Aligning with the delivery team and release management for deployments into User Acceptance Testing and Production environments
Your experience/knowledge:
- Prior experience with managing vendors that provide critical services such as KPI Tracking, Quality Assessments, setting up and controlling guardrails
- Strong knowledge in SQL, Windows Operating System, MS DOS / Windows Batch Language, MS Office tools and banking
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies preferably SAFe and DevOps
- Expertise in Software Engineering on JAVA technology stack with Oracle and JBoss
- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in a related field
