Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f) 100% - Hybrid

For our client is Zürich I am looking for someone to join an International recruiting team to help identify and recruit for the best talent within FinTech. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading service prover who offer a great Hybrid working model; up to 60% remote (within Switzerland) and 40% onsite in Zürich.
Tasks:
- Act as Talent Acquisition Specialist mainly for positions of the business unit Security Services in Switzerland and Spain
- Working as part of a Global Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for Social Recruiting, Employer Branding, Diversity and Young Talents
- Act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
- Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other HR specialists to ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in HR or relevant/comparable work experience in recruiting
- 4+ years of professional in-house recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally within an international environment
- Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
- initiative, goal-oriented with strong communication skills
Languages:
- fluent in German and English, both written and oral
