For our client we are looking for an IT Support Engineer - Workplace Support.Responsibilities:
Responsibility for 1st level support and for assisting as well as advising, advising end users on their daily IT needs
Responsibility for the procurement of client hardware and software, staging and for change and release management in the client area via software distribution
Collaboration in the 2nd and 3rd level team with internal specialists and system partners
Co-supervision of the IT asset management
Support in the provisioning, maintenance and administration of the hybrid IT infrastructure including network
Collaboration in Azure and OnPrem AD administration
Collaboration in the technical conception and implementation of ICT projects
Co-maintenance of system documentation and user manuals
co-supervision Lifecycle management for Hard and Software
Skills:
Solution-oriented, determined and IT-savvy personality with a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent training
Person with a growth mindset who actively contributes his or her dynamic and independent nature to the team
Interested, dedicated and customer-friendly person with at least 2 years of professional experience in IT
Experience in agile working methodology and project management is an advantage
Strong English communication skills
