Controller vacancy requiring profound Real Estate knowledge for a globally operating Aargau based company in the technology sector.Your tasks:
- Partnering with business providers to understand current issues and provide improvements and solutions
- Supporting real estate managers in all functional areas, like providing project support for special initiatives
- Performing cost center controlling, including support to cost center owners, monitoring cost development, analysing cost structures and recommending actions to reduce cost and improvements
- Ensuring transparent and reliable financial data quality and reporting, following internal guidelines as well as IFRS guidelines
- Being responsible for the financial aspect of projects
Your experience/knowledge:
- First work experience in controlling or significant internship experience in controlling
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
- Good knowledge of SAP, Modules SD, CO, PS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or other finance related field
- Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken, knowledge of Italian or Spanish is an advantage
