Supplier Quality Manager (f/m/d) - Audit / Pharma / ISO13485 / SAP / EnglishProject:
For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Supplier Quality Manager (f/m/d).
Background:
Within the Roche Diagnostics Family, the Supplier Quality Chapter is a global team focusing on supporting its partners (mainly Procurement and Operations) for all supplier-related quality topics. Our vision is a proactive quality, ensuring efficient support and avoiding issues before they arise. The perfect candidate has a university degree in life sciences, engineering or software engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the met tech area, and knows about production and/or Software development processes and quality systems standards (ISO13485, ISO9001) and is experienced in Software for diagnostic devices, Algorithms, Apps.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage SCARs (Supplier Corrective Action Request)
- Supplier Onboarding Activities
- Negotiating Quality Management Agreements with suppliers
- Monitoring of supplier performance and Audit preparation
- Hosting the Supplier Quality Boards
- Planning and follow-up of Supplier Audits
- Support Supplier Development Activities
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Software Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (Supplier Quality, Audit, QAA), ideally in Med Tech or pharma environment
- Good knowledge of production and/or Software development processes, and quality systems standards (ISO13485, ISO9001)
- Experienced in Software for diagnostic devices, Algorithms, Apps
- Strong analytical skills (risk-based) and focus on the essential facts
- Very good written and spoken communication skills English are required, German skills are a big plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
- Good IT skills in G-Suite and in SAP
