IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Primary desktop support for the regional branch offices
- Resolve, triage and/or update level 2 support tickets (skill-based) as documented in the IT Call Flow and associated SLA’s,
- Work with software and/or hardware vendors to resolve complex issues within skill area
- Create support documentation and train the team on use of documentation
- Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of end user technology in the region
- Maintain IT inventory for their region
- Setup and care for regional conference rooms and data closets
- Successfully execute tasks, possess excellent troubleshooting skills
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule and adhere to SLA’s
- Execute tasks as delegated by a Group Lead or the Sr. Manager of IT Operations
Main qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent years of experience, preferred
- Well-founded experience required
- Fluent in German, Englisch B2 level
- Experience with the following applications and or systems is strongly preferred: Windows Operating Systems 7 through 11, Microsoft Office 2016 through M365, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, VPN, VOIP, Video Conferencing, Remote Support Tools, Desktop Imaging and Problem Management (Kepner Tregoe)
