Senior Test ManagerDo you want to be part of our multi-cultural, service-oriented and dynamic Testing Team, enabling business strategy and increasing efficiency? We run a big transformation program where we need your help to shape the future of the testing team and the bank.
In this exciting position, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders in order to lead the testing and validation of challenging and interesting projects. You ensure that the testing is conducted correctly, validating the functional and non-functional requirements, and ensuring that business needs are met.
Your tasks
- Be in charge of the testing activities of your projects
- Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders for any testing related topics
- Manage and monitor test execution phases in alignment with Project Managers and take decisions in terms of planning and execution of testing
- Steer the tester teams to deliver high quality test cases and test execution
- Host regular test-related meetings during test phases and ensure defect management
- Coordinate business and IT resources required for testing
- Provide operational and management reporting, ensuring timely escalation of risks and issues where needed
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar field and approx. 5 years' experience in Test Management, preferably in the financial industry
- Experience with managing service providers and in technical testing desired
- Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders on all seniority levels
- Distinct leadership capabilities and analytical, problem solving competences
- Self-motivating and self-guiding personality with good presentation, facilitation, coaching and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
