Short Project Description:
As part of the residency engineering project, our customer is looking for additional resources in the area of support and release management.
The person should primarily assume the function of 2nd level support and maintain the internal knowledge base.
Furthermore, the person should be able to represent and support our release manager.

• System engineer with development potential
• compliance and development of the incident process
• troubleshooting support in the 2nd and 3rd level

• Coordination, delegation and troubleshooting support in the 2nd and 3rd level
• Creation/adaptation/maintenance of a knowledge base
• Coordination and implementation of firewall and load balancer adjustments
• Works closely with the internal incident and problem manager
