Main tasks:
- The development and alinement of the IT infrastructure with the customers standards
- Development of the IT infrastructure in Switzerland
- As per your duties and responsibilities, you might need to coach, train and help IT trainees employees
- You are responsible to follow your stock and anticipate new orders
- Ensure a timely, correct and complete handling of requests, incidents, as per the agreed Service Level agreements
- Communicates clearly the priority, impact, current status and possible workaround to colleagues
- Analyzing incidents to identify and resolve recurring problems and their causes
- Prepare reports on the number/type of incidents and resolution times
- Capture and develop the most frequently asked questions and solutions
- In addition, you help set up the workplace of the employees who work inside and outside the clients offices
Main qualifications
- A completed education in IT
- Well-founded experience in a similar position
- ITILv3 or v4 foundation is an advantage
- Having the instructor course is an advantage
- At the hardware level you have knowledge of network environments, firewalls, switches
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Windows, Active Directory, Windows Server 2012r2 and 2016, Group Policies, Powershell, Docker, Vmware
- You are fluent in English and you are capable to communicate in German
- French or Italian is a advantageous
