Your Skills
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with solution management / delivery management
- Experience in digital procurement
- Dedicated to design, build & run economically sustainable Digital Procurement solutions with high business value
- Coupa Software experience
- Experience in Stakeholder Management
- Very good communication skills with different stakeholders, including managers, customers and technical staff
Your Tasks
- Manage day-to-day operation of Digital Procurement solutions (Sievo spend analytics tool and Coupa Solution Management & Solution Administration)
- Lead technical and infrastructural solution management e.g. Coupa technical Release Management (3/year), creation of tickets with the Coupa solution provider for technical incidents, integration & interface monitoring, management of Master Data like material master data, SSO & User Management, control and update of user licenses
- Be Responsible for change requests, requirements, tickets and delivery of service
- Manage templates and Forms in Coupa (RFP/RFI)
- Responsible to define and support the building of Digital Procurement Solutions & Applications
- Collaborate with IT to build state of the art digital procurement solutions, including documentation, configuration, testing and demonstration
- Be a primary Contact point from business side to the procurement community
- Prepare & deliver Workshops and Trainings to endusers, business stakeholders and suppliers
- Collaborate with and manage different internal & external stakeholders to continuously understand and meet the business needs
- Manage communication and work together with communication department regarding digital procurement transformation
