OVERVIEWFür einen Kunden suchen wir einen Senior Business Analyst – Data Processes & ControlsIn this exciting role, you will lead and execute multiple process & functional design efforts within the area of Records Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ experience as Banking Senior Business Analyst with experience within Records Mgmt or Data Management
Experience in large scale data or regulatory-driven implementation projects
5+ years experience in process design experience and business process modelling
Understanding of Operating models design, and/or Designing archiving solutions
Know-how in Records Management and/or Data Management is a strong plus
Knowledge of SCRUM / SAFe Methodology would be a plus
Ability to manage a diverse stakeholder audience
Fluent in English, German is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing current records management business processes that are required based on non-compliant archiving solutions
Comparing current processes versus stated compliant records management processes & requirements and identifying gaps
Creating functional specification (within the agile SAFe approach) based on state records management business requirements that can be based on the new records management solution
Designing standardized records management processes & future controls processes (including Data Quality Management)
Involving stakeholders in an agile design process with the local/ regional Compliance Functions ensuring local regulatory and compliance nuances are considered in new designs
Supporting product development approval in SCRUM sprints and final approval in Release Train Testing, Support Product Owner Role
