Swift Messaging Engineer / Expert - vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial services sector.Your tasks:
- Maintaining the stability of applications - troubleshooting production incidents as they arise, identifying root causes and fixes
- Defining requirements and designs, building, testing and implementing solutions
- Interacting with business units, technology partners and external vendors on negotiating and agreeing on solutions
Your experience/knowledge:
- A solid foundation in financial messaging software vendor products like SWIFT Alliance Suite including Lifeline, GT Exchange, GT Frame
- Expert knowledge of SWIFT / MT, payments integration/payments hub, ISO15022 and ISO20022 standards
- Knowledge of International and Cross border Payments/Schemes
- Knowhow of SWIFT MQ messages and IP Networking, especially around DMZ network architectures
Additional requirements:
- Ability to work remote in a virtual setup with regular office presence
- Willingness to work stand by and on weekends - where necessary by arrangement
