Compliance Officer - Insurance/German and English/Life and Health - this is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Developing and executing compliant products and propositions in close interaction with business functions
- Supporting group compliance in the carrying out of compliance assurance activities and supporting division legal and compliance key initiatives
- Monitoring all compliance risks, focusing on protection and conduct risks
- Assessing potential impact of any changes in the EU or local legal and regulatory environment
- Providing end to end compliance support of both the on-boarding of new partners and the management of existing partners
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience in compliance within Insurance (life and health or non-life preferred) market
- Knowhow of regulatory issues in respect of data protection and conduct risk is an advantage
- Adept at providing pragmatic guidance on compliance risk
- Fluent in English and German
Your soft skills:
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Very good interpersonal as well as presentational skills
