My client, a well known private bank in Zurich is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with specific experience in Google Apigee Edge and Kafka.
The successful candidate for this DevOps role would join an already established project, with a focus on creating and providing concrete solutions to challenges within the project.
The right candidate will play a large role in application integration technologies, preferably with previous experience in the banking industry.
The ideal candidate will have good technical knowledge in a PaaS, SaaS and IaaS environment.
Do you have advanced skills implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using Apigee Edge or similar?
Do you have solid knowledge of Back End server components, APIs, and performance optimization as well as hands-on experience working with JSON, REST, SOAP, OAuth, and Swagger?
Do you gave a broad understanding of mobile, cloud, on premise, and hybrid solutions as well as containers and deployment platforms?
Do you have experience with networking protocols and technology: TCP/IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, DNS, WAN, LAN, VPN, LDAP, Internet, Intranet, Extranet?
You must have good communication skills, the ability to work under stressful environment, independent and self-driven, a strong team player and have strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
