Beschreibung

Business Rule Engine Application Specialist vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

  • Moving to new application setup including source repository, build and deployment setup, redesign of role and access right definition
  • Improving CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins and Octopus
  • Moving into direction of deployment self service for projects for test and acceptance environments
  • Supporting colleagues with rule project developments

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Profound background as a Senior Java developer
  • Good knowledge of Actico Rule Engine with experience in application management and 2nd/3rd level support
  • Familiar with Jenkins build tool, Git (Bitbucket) source control, Kubernetes and Linux server stack
  • Very good understanding of software development and customization processes
  • Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors
  • Knowledge in the financial sector and specific business knowledge is a plus
  • Languages: English and German fluent in written and spoken

  • Very good organizational skills
