We support our client, a bank in Zurich, by finding an Actico Business Rule Application Specialist (A).Tasks
- Business Rule Engine Lifecycle minor upgrade to Actico 9.0 (move to new application setup including source repository, build and deployment setup, redesign of role and access right definition)
- Improvement of CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins/Octopus. Enhancement of monitoring capabilities, moving into direction of deployment self service for projects for test and acceptance environments
- Support of colleague with rule project developments
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Actico Rule Engine https://www.actico.com/de/loesungen/business-rules-management-brm
- Senior Java developer background
- Familiar with build tool Jenkins and source control GIT (Bitbucket)
- Familiar with Kubernetes and Linux server stack
- Very good understanding of software development / customization processes
- Experience in application management
- Experience in 2nd/3rd level support
- Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors
- Knowledge in financial sector resp. specific business knowledge is a plus (e.g. advisory, portfolio management, trading)
- Continous delivery with 4 PI releases
- Fluency in German and English
