Linux System Engineer vacancy requiring profound RedHat and OpenShift knowledge for our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Ensuring best practice implementation of core server and infrastructure application technologies
- Maintaining a stable network, database and infrastructure application environment for a range of applications
- Ensuring the maintenance and operations of OpenShift and the corporate backup platform
- Testing, coordinating, and implementing changes related to new releases or design changes to the environment
- Providing third-level support for enterprise-class software and hardware in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems administration
- 2+ years of experience with OpenShift and container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
- 2+ years of experience with automation using Ansible and Ansible Tower
- Expertise with System management and provisioning using Red Hat Satellite and Capsules

- Self-independent, proactive and a team player personality
- Flexible and desire to learn new technologies
