For one of our Swiss Pharma clients, we are looking for temporary support as:Automation Expert (Master Batch Records) (M/F/*)
Tasks:
• Already in the planning and engineering phase, conditions and specifications for a successful implementation of a project / production campaign are introduced to the responsible departments
• Discusses and / or initiates product-specific requirements in cooperation with the responsible plant team and those responsible for EMR.
• Create Picassos for CIP/SIP and special procedure
• Define EC Modules according PID
• Creates recipes in the MES / DeltaV
• Monitors and changes recipes during the start-up, qualification and production phase.
• Participation in risk and process deviation analyzes
• Ensures the cGMP-compliant documentation (eMBR; SOP; operating regulations, etc.) in cooperation with the chemist, plant master and with MSAT.
• During the water batch, before the start of the production phase, monitors the functionality of the automated production process and corrects deviations.
• Constantly improves procedures and processes in compliance with the safety, hygiene, environmental and quality requirements in the area of responsibility.
• Can be contacted in exceptional cases (i.e. imminent production downtime, security, etc.) outside of normal working hours (response times).
Qualifications:
• BSc. in Engineering or Computer Science
• Good experience in MES und DeltaV
• Understanding of business and financial processes
• Structured, focused and well organized work ethic
• Recognizes risks in relation to security or compliance / GMP, discusses them and helps to rectify them.
• Impeccable team and social skills, very good understanding of IT / process control systems
• He recognizes operational optimization potential.
• Independently implements the measures assigned to him to optimize security, costs or operational processes.
• Solution-oriented, open to new ideas and suggestion
• Languages: Greman and English (business fluent)
