Global Product Artworks Owner - GxP /Supply Chain / Regulatory / German / English

Project:
For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Global Product Artworks Owner
Background:
The Global Product Artworks Owner takes the ownership for the compliant implementation of Artworks for Commercial Products. The Product Artworks Owner plays a central role in the E2E Artworks Implementation Process coordinating with Affiliate DRA, Global PDR and PTR, Packaging Site MSAT and MM, Members of the Product Supply Chain Team the timely availability of approved Artworks Components (secondary printed packaging material). As a Member of the Product Supply Chain Team (PSCT), the Regulatory Affairs Team (RAFT) and Launch Readiness team, the Global Product Artworks Owner acts as SPOC for Product Artworks related topics & provides Artworks Expertise to support the operational Supply Chain.
The perfect candidate:
The perfect candidate has 5 years' experience in Supply Chain Management or Printed Packing Material in the pharmaceutical industry within a matrix organization, has a high level of Stakeholder Management skills, is open-minded and willing to learn and develop.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Owns the timely implementation of all Artwork Changes that affect printed secondary packaging material for the assigned commercial product portfolio
* Coordinates with all Stakeholders (Affiliate DRA, Global PDR, Global PTR, Site MSAT, Packaging Site Coordinator, AW Quality, PSCO, Demand Planer, Supply Planer, PDA)
* Owns the Change Request Specific Assessment to ensure feasibility
* Co-Leads, as the Artworks SPOC, the Global Technical and Regulatory Assessments (pre-Implementation) and defines the implementation strategy and timelines
* Creates a dedicated implementation Plan in ALPIN, ensures alignment with operational Supply Chain & monitors its timely execution in alignment with the PSCT
* As a member of the Launch Readiness Team (LRT), he ensures the timely availability of new Artworks to support the commercial launches of new molecular entities
* As a member of the Product Supply Chain Team (PSCT) and the Regulatory Affairs Team (RAFT) he acts as the Artworks Product SPOC and provides expertise and overview on the overall Product Artworks Health
* Regular Review of the Product Specific Artworks Performance that includes Root Cause Assessment and Continuous Improvement
* As AW Affiliate SPOC he owns & facilitates the regular performance review and provides support for all aspects of Artworks
* Monthly KPI and Performance Review for assigned product portfolio, Affiliate & COE/CMO SPOC
* Identifies improvement areas, defines corrective measures and takes ownership on its timely implementation
* Leads or represents Artworks in Projects as per assignment

Must haves:
* Bachelor / Master Degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
* Min. 5 years related professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Packaging or Regulatory, ideally gained within the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience of working in matrix organizations; effectively working within cross-functional and multi-location teams
* Technical affinity and good computer skills in MS Office, Google Suite as well as knowledge of ERP-Systems (preferably SAP)
* Very good written and spoken communications skills in English (C1) is a must, German is a plus
* Effective communicator at all levels and excellent stakeholder management skills
* Resilient, eager to learn and open-minded
* Independent and pro-active
Nice to haves:
* Experienced working within a GxP environment
* Experience in working with Trackwise / Veeva
