Senior Cyber Security Engineer (m, f, d)Project: Our client is a looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to join their Digital Innovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for information and cyber security topics on project level. You will work with other specialists from within the project as well as business teams.
Tasks:
- Project management skills to evaluate security monitoring tools and data protection concepts
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks.
- Responding to all system and/or network security breaches.
- Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
- Participating in the change management process.
- Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities.
- Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.
- Security awareness trainings for employees according to needs
Requirements:
- A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification
- Several years' experience of working in the field of Cyber Security
- 2 years of work experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics.
- Network skills
- Experience with Office 365 Security and Endpoint Security
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
- Conceptual and analytical skills, willingness to learn, commitment
- Communicative and proactive personality with good teamworking skills
- Experience of working with SAP Hana would be an advantage
