Identity and Access Management (IAM) Support - vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector. The main aim is to support the team of 4 on the operational side with requests and tickets supporting for the whole company. You may also get involved in project support activities like exploring audit requirements, findings remediation and review controls.Your experience/skills:
- Experience in IT access management administration within a corporate IT environment with strong operational knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with managing requests in a Ticketing system also with troubleshooting
- Exposure to account and permission management on Windows, enterprise grade access and identity management software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science/Information security or in any other similar field
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing a central point of identity and access management for user access to IT and information resources, premises and other assets
- Coordinating with customers and internal service units to perform and synchronise Identity and Access Management activities
- Operating the Identity Governance platform and ensuring the delivery of all access management related requests within agreed SLAs
- Notifying the line managers concerned in cases of security incidents, following the established escalation procedures
