Data Migration Lead - data and data migration in IT solutions, GxP and CSV solutions

Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Basel we are looking for a Data Migration Lead.

The 'LAL - Logistics Application Landscape' Project aims to implement an S/4HANA solution
to manage the logistics processes (non-commercial) for Site Services Logistics in headquarter Basel and Kaiseraugst.

In LAL Phase 1, the main processes in scope are: Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse
Management, Site Distribution, Yard Logistics, Service Portal & Order Processing. LAL
Phase 1 is currently in the PMM Build phase, working towards the Testing phase, for which
preparation activities are in progress. The Phase 1 Technical Go-Live is planned toward mid
of February 2022.

The Data Migration Lead will have a small team of 1-2 IT experts who are doing the 'handson'
migration preparation and execution activities. The Data Migration Lead therefore does
not need to have in-depth knowledge about hands-on data migration.

Areas of responsibility:
* 1. Coordinate 10 Business Areas with regards to:
a. Migration planning (assign data ownership)
b. Preparation of data (multiple iterations)
c. Cleaning of data
d. Testing of migration
e. Review of migration results
* 2. Coordinate Technical Migration including
a. Create and test new migration tools to enable automated migration
b. Expand migration tools provided by Koerber and test those, test the ones provided by
Koerber
c. Create / update templates
d. Manage technical migration using migration tools
e. Coordinate between Koerber and client IT
* 3. Perform migration
a. Migrate data
b. Verify migration
* 4. Documentation
a. Migration Plan
b. Migration Report

Professional and technical requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business and/or IT project team/stream lead role.
* Fluent in English and German
* Experience in, or strong affinity with, the area of master data and data migration in IT solutions
* Experience in delivering GxP and CSV solutions, ideally in a pharmaceuticals / life
sciences environment
* Experience in working in a large multinational company environment.
* Experience in collaborating with multiple IT- and Business stakeholder groups.
* Has a strong desire and ability to lead, plan, coordinate, manage, facilitate and enable.
* Is a very clear communicator, is open-minded and listens to input and feedback from others.
