Four of our International clients in Bonaduz, Michael Bailey Associates is currently looking to hire an ICT ServiceDesk.This is a permanent position offering 40% home office.
Tasks:
- Collaboration in the ICT ServiceDesk
- Ensuring first and partly second level support in the ICT team
- The central point of contact for all internal and international employees
- Close cooperation with ICT Operation
- Solution of ICT tickets in the ICT ticket system
Your skills and past experience:
- Completed training as a computer scientist or comparable qualification
- Further training as a qualified technician HF in computer science would be ideal, but it is not mandatory
- Practical experience in first level support and/or help desk is an advantage
- In-depth expertise in the areas of networking, Microsoft software products
- Basic IT know-how
- Enjoy dealing with customers
- good written and spoken English knowledge
