IT TECHNICIAN SUPPORT

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Support Users: Workplace setup, End-user desktop, ticketing, maintenance.
  • Support O365 solutions - Windows, Mac, Linux environments.
  • Work together with Managers and developpers to maintain and improve IT environment.
  • Support conference rooms and AV.
  • Asset administration and inventory.
  • Procurement duties.
  • Manage multiple assignments
  • Network Equipment Room (NER)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Support - service desk N1/N2.
  • Solid experience in Windows versions, MS Office versions, O365, Android and MAC.
  • Strong abilities: diagnostic and problem-solving.
  • Basic experience in Networking and datacenter.
  • Knowledge in audio-video setup and technologies.
  • TCP/IP Networking setup and solutions to common configuration problems
  • DNS, NIS, and DHCP administration.
  • Experience in VIP support or White glove.
  • Flexible with hours and able to travel to alternate field office sites.
  • Fluent in English is manmdatory ( German/Swiss-German a plus ).
