Identity Access Management (IAM) SupportIAM Support specialist required for a long term contract with a Financial Services Client in Basel.

Main involvement would be in provisioning, deprovisioning, special access management area, as well as analysing and refining current IAM processes and compliance tasks. There might be some projects support activities assigned such as: support audit requirements, findings remediation, review controls.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Identity and access management administration
- Provides a central point of identity and access management for user access to IT and information resources, Bank premises and other assets.
- Coordinates and liaises with customers and internal service units to perform and synchronise Identity and Access Management activities.
- Security Information Operates the Identity Governance platform.
- Ensure the delivery of all access management related requests within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor, and where required act upon, security audit information.
- Notify the line manager(s) concerned in cases of security incidents, following the established escalation procedures.
Required Experience
- Up to 3 years of experience in IT access management administration within a corporate IT environment
- Up to 3 years of experience or strong operational knowledge with Active Directory
- Up to 3 years of experience with IT support (managing requests) in a Ticketing system
- Up to 3 years of experience with troubleshooting
- Exposure to account and permission management on Windows, enterprise grade access and identity management software, privileged access management systems
- Educational background: Computer science or Information security or any other similar field

Desirable
- Experience with operating other identity providers (Azure Ad)
- Sailpoint operational experience
- Basic knowledge of scripting and automation
- 2FA, Linux, Databases, PKI, Exchange and business applications
Candidates must be based in Switzerland and work on site is required.
