Scientist for Bioanalytics (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Perform and document cell-based assays or ELISAs for release, stability and recertification of biotech products according to cGMPs
- Develop new methods in the laboratory and perform method validation
- Support analytical method transfers between different company organizations and CROs, including optimization and harmonization
- Monitor assay performance as part of data lifecycle management
- Create GMP documents such as analytical methods, validation protocols and reports
Main qualifications
- Education as a laboratory technician with work experience or Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, biology, biotechnology or other related field
- Hands-on expertise with ELISAs and/or cell-based assays
- Experience in handling and maintaining mammalian cell cultures would be an advantage
- Highly structured work style with strong focus on precision and data integrity
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English and German
- Excellent team player
- Work knowledge in a GMP environment and experience with validation and transfer of analytical methods will also be an advantage
