Currently looking for a German speaking Head of Salesforce CRM Platform in Switzerland or willing to relocate.This is an urgent requirement for a leading client of mine in Switzerland with working locations available from Basel, Aargau, Zurich, Bern and Lucerne offering opportunities to work in an international office with a great benefits package on top of your competitive base salary.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and development of the Salesforce.com team
- Further development of the solution through suitable functions
- Establishment of a continuous improvement process with respective departments
- Examination of trends and developments in the customer experience environment
- Several years of experience in the development and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service solutions
- Experience in defining software requirements
- Experience in managing external service providers (onshore and offshore)
- Experience in the implementation of agile and classic software projects
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Cloud solutions and the interaction with SAP ERP as well as experience in the rollout of CRM solutions in subsidiaries
- Current Salesforce certifications
The successful person will possess a consistent track record in a Lead role Salesforce implementation projects, you need to be able to work in both German and English on a day-to-day basis.
