For our client Roche Diagnostic based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Communication Support Learning Solution (m/w/d).

work on upskilling our people in Service to be prepared for the digital future and new ways of
working. We drive partnerships with external organizations, in order to develop new ideas and
approaches together and ultimately enable the future of Service. Through collaboration, we
leverage diverse perspectives and thus boost innovation.
This position would be to support a more senior communication lead (responsible for developing
communications plans). We are looking for a junior profile with an educational background in
communications and a first working experience in the field. Soft skills are extremely important:
someone creative, outgoing who comes up with good idea and is self-organised.
Areas of responsibility:
- Support the team in developing and implementing strategies and programs to communicate and
promote the workstream's objectives and outcomes, the solutions available for the Service
community, the desired culture and values to all employees in Service.
- Design, edit and oversee distribution of internal communication materials via G-site,
newsletters, intranet, emails/memos, webcasts, meetings, etc.
- Evaluate fit with target audience to ensure comprehension.
- Implement metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communication plan delivery.
- Align with other projects to guarantee consistent communication to Service employees
Must Haves:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Communication
- First working experience in communications or marketing agency
- Excellent in verbal and written communication in English any additional language is a plus
- Experience in a customer facing environment
- A passionate, creative and open-minded communicator
- Passionate about people development and targeted communication
- Experienced with agile ways of working
- A self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision
- A team player with a strong desire to experiment in a global network
- Excellent in verbal and written communication in English (any additional language is a plus)
- Being familiar with Google suite applications (Gmail, Currents, Drive, GSites, etc.) is an advantage
- Experience in a Service/Support environment would be an advantage
