Senior Enterprise Architect (Strategy and Transformation) %)Project:
Our client is looking for great and passionate architects to be part of the team that defines the future enterprise cloud architecture along the entire value chain of the re-/insurance business.
Tasks:
* We explore opportunities for aligning across units and use these to guide creation of the future architecture for our business and the evolution of our existing platforms.
* We define where platform standards and common components deliver value to the whole Group and help the teams deliver these.
* We identify the metrics, alignment and technical standards to ensure we run our solutions efficiently across multiple cloud platforms.
* We support strategic architecture transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
* Master's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering or related fields.
* Demonstrated ability of leading Architecture or a related role in a complex global environment.
* Broad technical and business architecture knowledge, patterns and solution architectures. Micro services, APIs, business capabilities are more than buzz words for you, and you know how to make the best of it.
* Strong business and technical acuity and a strategic attitude to "Digital Transformation" and its potential impact on business models.
* Super collaborator and able to work in an environment with high levels of change and diversity of activities with the ability to influence, drive and/or lead teams.
* A passion to own and deliver outcomes.
* Confident to engage courageously, challenge constructively and voice opinions in developing new architectures and solutions as well as evolving existing ones.
* You enjoy facilitating workshops with different audiences and presenting to all levels throughout the organisation.
* Solid analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
* Reinsurance/ Insurance know-how would be a great asset.
