Your Skills
- Approx. 5 years experience in Linux infrastructure administration or network administration
- Experience in reverse Proxy and Identity management (IDM)
- Experience with typical ITIL processes like incident and problem management, ticketing tools, change & problem management
- Experience in Nevis is a plus
- High degree of independence and ability to work confidently without technical guidance
- Experience with direct customer contact is a plus
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for Linux administrative activities
- Administration/Setup of Identity management and reverse Proxy systems
- Typical ITIL processes like incident & problem management, ticketing tools, change & problem management
- Communicating directly with the customer
