For our client Roche Diagnostic based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst (m/w/d).
Background:
This position is located in the RDS Instrumentation Development Department, responsible for
Integration Development and Instrument Testing (IDIT) on Clinical Chemistry and Custom Biotech
Diagnostic Systems. As a test analyst in the IDIT Product Care team, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and work on various launched products.
Areas of responsibility:
- The Team is responsible for the product care of 6 different products including the 3rd level
support and product updates.
- 60% of the work is performed in a laboratory environment using diagnostic systems, 40 % of the
work is performed in the office.
- Verify SW and HW updates or reproduce issues for deeper analysis.
- Write and document all activities in English.
- The work requires a high level of attention, flexibility in a constantly changing environment and a
structured way of working.
- Work with various stakeholders to achieve the goals in a dynamic environment
Must Haves:
- Bachelor or Master degree as a mechanical engineer, software engineer or in a biochemical discipline Other graduates may also apply for the vacant position as long as they bring the mentioned discipline knowledge and are motivated to perform hands-on work in a BSL-1 laboratory environment
- First experience in Document Management
- English level B2 or higher (documentation is written in English)
- Able to reach out and interact with multiple interfaces and stakeholders
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a "Systems thinking" mindset / multidisciplinary approaches are required
- Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time, in small teams, and deal with priority changes
- Dynamic, flexible and solution oriented person.
Nice to Haves:
- Previous experience in the GxP / IVD area
- Good linguistic knowledge of German
