Network Security Engineer - Blue Coat, Proxy vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of experience with web Proxy technologies combined with a thorough understanding of industry standard web Proxy technologies
- Expertise in using rest APIs for automation plus familiarity with user authentication technologies like Kerberos and SAML
- Well-versed with deployment of Proxy services in an Enterprise environment in addition to basic Scripting knowledge
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Designing and documenting file control policy as well as investigating automation options using Rest API
- Major SGOS upgrade impact analysis including policy impact, migration concept, administration impact, new features, lab testing, upgrade procedure and monitoring
- Recording upgrade procedure while also defining various processes and creating technical documentation including solution design, configuration guides and configuration templates
- Collaborating directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in the design, testing, integration, and implementation of cloud-based solutions
- Testing standards and design patterns plus providing guidance and making recommendations on changes required throughout the design, testing, and implementation process
