Medical Affairs Specialist - cardiovascular - 7 months contractWe have a new opportunity for a medical affairs specialist to support execution of medical affairs projects globally.
Responsibilities:
* Acts as a scientific expert with deep knowledge of the Therapeutic Area (TA), treatment trends incl. unmet medical needs, scientific insights and studies to maximize company product value through high quality scientific knowledge management
* Accountable for planning, designing and executing the Medical Affairs Plan, including the local parts of the overall study planning process (IEGP)
* Contributes to the Country Value Team (CVT) and Local Action Team (LAT) by sharing medical knowledge and insights with the cross-functional team and herewith contributing to achieving aligned goals
* Close collaboration with key Leading Specialists to identify customer needs and based on that tailoring MAF activities such as round tables, ad boards, medical education activities or related medical projects
Requirements:
Scientific degree: Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Natural Science University degree
Deep knowledge of the TA, strength in research and interpretation of medical data
Minimum 2-4 years' relevant work experience, scientific and communication skills in order to be accepted by Leading Specialists in peer-to-peer relationship
Fluency in English and German required.
The role is based in Switzerland and requires candidates to attend office few days per week.
