Systems Engineer (Security Infrastructure Project)I am currently working with a renowned Financial Services client in Zurich who are looking for a freelance Systems Engineer to work on a security infrastructure project.
Duties
- Analysing corporate strategy and extrapolating the strategy
- Observing hard and software market place
- Developing and maintaining strategy/architecture with particular focus on corporate strategy and efficiency
- Documenting systematic descriptions and overviews
- Developing and maintaining operational concept for hard and software
- Developing and enforcing quality standards for strategy and architectures
- Implementing audits and design reviews
- Communication of strategy and architecture
Requirements
- Experience with - Splunk Administrator or Splunk Architect, ELK (Elastic, Logstash, Kafka), Cribl
- Knowledge of the log preservation environment is an advantage
- Ensuring the know-how developed during the PoC and seamless handover to internal successor
- Expertise of technologies used
- Advanced knowledge of software used
- Has profound knowledge of engineering and advising
- Basic knowledge of business administration and organization theory
- Works independently and goal-oriented
- Conceptual, pragmatic, goal-oriented and a team-player
- Enhanced knowledge in project, quality and security management
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Talent for organising
- Good German and English knowledge, French would be an advantage
