Tasks and responsibilities- Creation of the technical concept for the transition from Microsoft Office 2016 on-prem to an M365 hybrid cloud with the given external providers as well as the M365 solution architecture for the subsequent implementation phase.
- Identification of the required services for the MVP implementation of M365 as well as the rollout of M365 Desktop and Online, at least including Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online.
- Participation in contract negotiations with an external provider for M365 services, contributing the required technical expertise for M365.
- Participate in identifying, setting up, running and validating pilots of M365 services.
- Close cooperation and coordination with the remaining streams for the solution concept.
Expected deliverables
- Solution design of the hybrid cloud solution incl. migration concept.
- Overview of the required services for the MVP implementation.
Expected knowledge and experience
- Practical experience from similar migration projects (on-prem to hybrid cloud) in a company subordinate to FINMA.
- Sound knowledge of the available M365 services and architecture.
