OT Security Architect (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Works as part of a team to develop internal technology infrastructure for business enterprises
- Establish the basic structure of the system, defining the essential core design features and elements that provide the framework for all that follows
- Develop and enforce security patterns and procedures across customer's OT (ICS/SCADA) landscape covering manufacturing and lab facilities, in line with enterprise ISRM frameworks
- Review and design security defenses and the overall security architecture of the OT landscape and OT/IT convergence touchpoints
- Ensure continuous adherence to applicable compliance, regulatory, and legal frameworks for the OT infrastructure at manufacturing and lab facilities within the security architecture scope
- Perform readiness audits and support both internal and external auditing of security policies and procedures at manufacturing and lab facilities
- Identify, investigate and report on suspected breaches in the OT and related IT infrastructure and present / review findings with key stakeholders
- Strive for balance between security and end user experience
- Secure and enhance the cyber security defenses of customer's OT networks, solutions and systems
Main qualifications
- In-depth IT working experience in a manufacturing domain
- Knowledge of framework implementation and architecture design compliant with standards such as IEC62443, NIST and industry best practices
- Experience in OT security domain as security expert or security architect
- Deep IT security knowledge (networks, architecture, Cloud) apart from OT related
- CISSP preferred
- Able to work independently or in a team
- English in writing and verbal communication is essential, additional language like German an additional asset
- Strong attention to detail in conducting analysis and forensics with an ability to accurately record full documentation to distribute recommended measures across the sites
- Excellent knowledge of project management
