- Support in requirement engineering and building, testing and GO-LIVE
Main qualifications
- Broad ITSM knowledge: ITIL, IT4IT etc.
- Knowledge about ticketing systems and more specifically in ServiceNow
- Profound experience in getting requirements on the table and being able to present in a logical way
- Expert on process thinking
- Stakeholder management experience: Able to keep eyes on the ultimate target model and limit deviations; Able to defend out-of-the box as the way to go; Ability to get people to like A and B
