For a perm or contract role at our client's site in Winterthur and international locations, we are looking for a
Senior Application Manager - MS Dynamics 365 (FR & EN)
In this demanding role, you will support our client in the international roll-out of their new ERP solution. This role will require travelling to their international sites on a bi-weekly basis.
Your Qualifications:
- At least 5 years working experience as ERP Application Manager / technical Consultant, or similar experience in production planning, logistic and warehouse management
- Experience in MS Dynamics 365 for Operations or MS AX
- Technical affinity for ERP software and willingness to learn customization of MS Dynamics 365
- Experience in international ERP roll-outs / migrations highly desirable
- Very good problem-solving capabilities and highly detail oriented with ability to prioritise work in a demanding environment
- Excellent communicator and pro-active stakeholder manager
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and global environment (cultural awareness)
- University degree in the field of computer science / business administration (or equivalent in experience)
- Fluency in French and English is a must-have criteria, German is desirable
- Willingness for international travel (up to 60%)
Your Responsibilities:
- Support global business units migrating to MS Dynamics 365 Operations on site
- Communication and coordination with different functional areas and stakeholders
- Application Management MS Dynamics 365
- Analysis of business requirements and optimization of business processes
- 2nd Level Support of key-users and end-users in pre- and post-go live organizations
