For a project at our client‘s site, based in Thun, we are looking for an experienced
System Engineer – IT Infrastructure Services
Your Qualifications:
- Many years’ experience as Windows System Engineer with certification in Microsoft (MCSE)
- Well-founded know-how in IT Service Management, ITIL certification is a plus
- Familiar with Windows Server 2012/R2, , VMware, Office365, Trendmicro or similar platform and enterprise monitoring through PRTG
- Experience in project management, international environments and heterogeneous environments
- Ready for weekend and stand-by operations
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Planning, evaluating, implementing and operating IT infrastructures services in an international environment
- Defining and creating IT architectures, concepts and documentation
- Development of new services (e.g. Azure AD, O365), maintenance and migration of existing solutions, development of process automation, increase in efficiency and quality
- Assessing security threats and establishing security and surveillance criteria
- Evaluation of the needs of international business partners and development of concrete proposals for solutions
- Processing and realization of Incident- and problem- tickets as well as Change Requests and lead of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) in an international context
