Tasks:
- Support of CRO area in the topics of Learning.
- Analysis of global training curriculum.
- Data analysis.
- Requirements Definition.
- Support in design of learning curriculum.
Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor student in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Law or related study programme.
- Affinity to the Topics Learning and Development in the Banking area.
- Experience in Data analysis with Sound understanding of statistical methods.
- Above-average IT-skills in MS Office (in particular Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
- Languages skills: Fluent in English (oral and written).
